"There was terrible flooding in the north of England. Johnson had disappeared after Brexit day at the end of January and everyone was starting to wonder exactly where he'd got to. We later learnt that not only did he neglect the flooding, but he also missed a string of Cobra meetings on the impending coronavirus crisis. I like the bit of doggerel on the wall - I think it says a lot about Johnson overall."
