In the summer of 1975, Emmwood returned to his post as the Daily Mail political cartoonist, following a brief hiatus. In the 'Government Sweat-Box', Prime Minister Harold Wilson, Chancellor Dennis Healey and Foreign Secretary James Callaghan nervously await the return of his cartoons.
