Inscribed below mount: to be placed on inside of each page quite close to ... edge 3/16 of an ink off, say and in the 2 left hand pages, this design must be reversed, leave small space of white at top and bottom as shown - & carry the black border lines to the extreme edge of page reduce to some proportion as the others - second page will be blank so that owner can put in his own book plate if he pleases instead of using the one on first page. page before the last will be quite blank
