Fran Orford is one of the most published cartoonists in the country to specialise in business related subjects, from law to local authorities.

Fran Orford was born in Liverpool. Having spent many years as a social worker, he became a full-time cartoonist 13 years ago, and has since had work published in national newspapers and magazines including
The Times, the Observer, the Daily Telegraph, Punch, Private Eye, The Spectator and The New Statesman. He has also produced work for a number of specialist publications, such as The Lawyer, The Lancet and Professional Recruiter. He lives in Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire.
