Why is it that girls at boarding school are allowed so little freedom? Boys may go outside school grounds without escort, whereas girls can never go out, let alone without escort.
Girls must remain behind the walls of their schools the whole term, unable even to buy sweets, since there are no tuck-shops in girls' schools.
Surely boys get out of control far more easily than girls?
