Chris Beetles is delighted to present a new solo exhibition by Lesley Fotherby.

In this show, Lesley leads her viewer from the familiar to the exotic and from detail to vista. She paints her way from the English countryside to Spain and far-flung Sri Lanka, highlighting along the way the artistry in human activity. Central to this are the dancers of Birmingham Royal Ballet, whose poise and vigour reflect essential qualities in Lesley’s art.
