'Managed to finish this view of Victoria tower gardens that I started at the beginning of February. I have waited for very rare bits of sun to piece together, I've always wanted to paint that monument and I love the branches of the plane tree in winter sunlight. It’s actually a lovely park with people walking their dogs and Canada geese roaming around.'
